Leadership Roles: Unit Secretary, Negotiation Team Member

Goals: 1)  To increase and unify MSEA members.  Members need to be aware of the goals, objectives, the strategic plan and the benefits MSEA has to offer.  2)  To ensure the financial stability and fiscal responsibility of MSEA.

Personal Strengths: I ask the tough questions and look for new and more efficient ways to handle things.  I am also a person of detail and will take the extra steps to get a job done.

Comment: I like to work with people and learn new things.  I believe I would be able to give fresh and objective ideas and viewpoints to the Board.  By doing this it will enable MSEA to progress within its mission and meet the goals of the strategic plan.
