Other ResourcesRight To Work: Unfair. Unsafe. Unnecessary. "Right to Work" is a deceptive term and does not give anyone the 'right' to 'work'. This Constitutional Amendment would destroy the best job security protection that exists - the union contract. Right to Work is an attack on unions and workers' ability to collectively bargain by allowing fair share fee payers to receive the full benefits of a union contract without having to pay any dues at all.
