2012 DELEGATE ASSEMBLY

Hotel Accommodations
registration - due March 1st
delegates MSEA will pay for room and meal expenses for all Delegates. Not sure how many Delegates your unit is allowed to send? Determine your number of Delegates. |
hotel reservations - due March 20th 218.739.2211 Delegates must call the hotel by March 20th to reserve a room for April 20th. Be sure to mention you are part of the MSEA reservation block. MSEA will pay for 1 room per 2 delegates. |
| alternates & guests Units may send as many Alternates as they wish, however all Alternate or guest expenses are the responsibility of the individual or bargaining unit. Please prepay for Alternate and guest meals by sending a check ( $45.00 per person) to MSEA prior to the Assembly. |
cancellations Please be respectful and notify MSEA immediately of a cancellation or a change in Delegates or Alternates. Maintaining an accurate count of attendees helps us to properly prepare for the conference. MSEA is also charged for meals and room reservations for “no shows” which MAY be passed on to the Delegate. |
