Goals: To represent the members honestly and to represent all members' wishes to the best of my ability.

Personal Strengths: I have strong leadership ability in my unit and would like to bring my skills to the Board of Directors. I stand up for my members and the integrity of my unit.

Comment: I feel we have to represent what is best for MSEA as a whole. As a Director, you have to be willing to put your personal interestes aside and do what is good for the entire union.
